Orders
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders that are placed Monday – Friday before noon (CDT) are shipped same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day. There are some instances when orders will not ship the same day. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You are not responsible for sales tax unless you are a resident of the lovely state of Wisconsin. All other shipments within the United States are tax-free. International shipments are responsible for ALL taxes and duties incurred.
How long does it take for my gear to arrive at my house?
If you have chosen ground shipping you will receive your package within 1-4 business days after ordering. Express shipments & international orders will display the delivery time during the checkout procedure. International shipments usually take 1-5 business days.
(Weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information can delay shipments)
How do I cancel / change my order?
To cancel or change an order, you must e-mail us by 11am (CST) with the following info:
- Your order number or e-mail address that the order was placed under
- Exact details of how you would like us to modify your order
If you call or e-mail after 11am, we will do everything possible to correct your order before it is shipped. However, we can not guarantee that your order can be modified after 11am (CST).
Why was my order voided?
Orders are voided because of 2 reasons
- We have sold out of the item you ordered.
- Our fraud detection team has flagged your order as suspicious.
If this is the case, you will receive an e-mail notice and phone call if applicable.
How do I know my order went through?
After your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation that states what you ordered and the address that it will be shipped to.
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail you should: Check your spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven't received it please contact customer support: Crew@MODA3.com
How does MODA3 check for fraud?
All orders go through a multi-step fraud detection process. In addition, ALL ORDERS are inspected manually for legitimacy. MODA3 also utilizes address verification through your credit card company, so if your current address is different from the address on your credit card, you may need to change it before ordering. Other internal measures are taken to protect against fraud as well.
Payment / Coupon Codes / Gift Cards
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & PayPal.
Can I use a an online gift card in the store and vice versa?
Currently, online & in-store gift cards are separate and can only be used where you purchased them (online or in-store). However, if you do have an in-store gift card, you can call and place your order over the phone. You can call 866.622.5491 to redeem or order an in-store gift card.
How do I use web-account credit online?
If you have returned an item for in-store credit, you must call to place your re-order over the phone. (We are working to offer this service online very soon)
I see multiple charges on my credit card from MODA3 why?
9 Times out of 10 if you see multiple credit card charges on your credit card, it is because your card was declined for some reason. When your credit card is declined, your credit card company puts a "Hold" on the funds that you tried to charge. This "Hold" usually clears off your credit card in 1-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange gear that I purchased online?
We are happy to return or exchange your gear within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details. Discounted and sale items may only be exchanged for another item or store credit. No refunds will be issued on discounted merchandise.
How do I go about returning/exchanging my gear?
If your product falls within our return guidelines(View Return Policy), you can request a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" number by following these steps
1.) LogIn to your account on MODA3.com (Login Here)
2.) Click "View Previous Orders" (View Here)
3.) Choose the order that has the product(s) that you would like to return
4.) Click the link at the bottom of the page that says: "REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" under the "RETURNS" header.
*Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% re-stock fee and/or the original cost to ship the product if you received free shipping.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship our products internationally. Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. Some items are not able to be shipped internationally like Burton Snowboards and Nixon Watches.
Who pays for customs, duties, taxes, & brokerage fees?
MODA3 ships all international packages 'Delivery Duties Unpaid'. This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by MODA3 and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and they are assessed to MODA3, the customer's credit card on file will be charged for all fees & late charges associated with the delivered package. If you do not agree to these terms please do not order.

How do I get a shipping quote?
To get a shipping quote follow these steps:
- Add product(s) to your shopping cart
- View your shopping cart
- Click 'Estimate Shipping Cost' in the bottom left of the page
- Enter the appropriate information (Country, City, State, and Zip)
- This will return a list of shipping quotes and the delivery time for each.
How long does it take for my gear to get to my house?
Orders that are placed using ground shipping take anywhere from 1-4 business days to arrive. International and express orders are quoted delivery times at the time of checkout. International shipments will take anywhere from 1-10 business days. (Weather Conditions, Holidays, and Incorrect Shipping Information May Cause Delays)
